Judge Mosier has retired as of February 12th, 2023. Until Judge Mosier’s cases are formally reassigned to another judge, they will continue to show on hearings calendars as assigned to him.

Judge Mosier's teleconference line will continue to be used for these hearings until each case is reassigned.

The Court will be closed Monday, January 16th, 2023 in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. We'll be back in the office on Tuesday, January 17th, 2023.

Peggy Hunt has been selected as a bankruptcy judge for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Utah upon the retirement of the Honorable R. Kimball Mosier.

The Court is accepting applications for two judicial law clerk positions.
