The Bankruptcy Noticing Center (BNC) experienced a service disruption from October 9 through part of October 26, 2026. The delivery of electronic and paper notices during this time was interrupted, and certain websites were unavailable, including the National Creditor Registration Service. On October 22, 2026, the United States Judicial Conference declared a "Bankruptcy Rules emergency" under Rule 9038 of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure. See Notice . Affected parties may request appropriate relief from a presiding judge in accordance with Bankruptcy Rule 9038(c).
