  • Judicial Law Clerk Open Positions
     

    Peggy Hunt has been selected as a bankruptcy judge for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Utah upon the retirement of the Honorable R. Kimball Mosier.

    The Court is accepting applications for two judicial law clerk positions. 

    Applicants seeking career and/or term assignments are encouraged to apply via Oscar at https://oscar.uscourts.gov/. 

    The anticipated start date is mid-February 2023.

  • Court Closures over the 2022 Holidays
     

    The Clerk's Office closures for the holidays are as follow:

    • Friday, December 23rd, 2022 @ 3pm (early close) & Monday, December 26th, 2022
      Closed in observance of the Christmas Holiday and will reopen on Tuesday, December 27th, 2022.
    • Monday, January 2nd, 2023:
      Closed in observance of the New Year Holiday and will reopen on Tuesday, January 3rd, 2023.
