Local Rules 2090-1, 2090-2, 2090-3, 2091-1 are the governing local rules for attorneys who practice in the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Utah.  In addition, Local Rule 5005-2(b) requires attorneys to register as "...Filing Users of the court's Electronic Filing System".  The court's electronic filing system is CM/ECF (Case Management Electronic Case Filing).  Click the "CM/ECF Registration" menu for more information on registering as a Filing User.
