Effective December 1st, 2024, the Court's Local Rules of Practice have been amended and supersede all prior versions of the local rules and standing orders of the Court. The revised rules apply to all new and pending cases. You are strongly encouraged to read the summary of amended local rules and forms. Also amended are the U.S. District Court's Local Rules.
