The United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Utah will remain open and continue operations as normal during the partial government shutdown. 

All hearings will occur as scheduled, Clerk's Office hours will remain the same, and PACER/CM/ECF will remain in operation for electronic filing of documents. 

The Court will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as circumstances develop.
