Please be advised that General Order 25-003 has been issued, formalizing the adoption of amended local rules. You can find the full text of the order and further details below.

The Court’s Local Rules of Practice and Local Forms (collectively, the “Rules”) have been amended effective December 1, 2025, and supersede all prior versions of the Rules and any Standing Orders of this Court. The Rules apply to all new and pending cases and proceedings. You are strongly encouraged to read the Rules (links below). Also amended are the U.S. District Court's Local Rules.
