Wedoff (Ret.) served as a U.S. Bankruptcy Judge in Chicago from 1987-2015 and presided over the Chapter 11 reorganization of United Airlines. Judge Wedoff will present on the Bankruptcy Court’s jurisdiction to determine the amount of a debt—especially tax penalties—excepted from discharge. |
