  • CM/ECF & Pacer System Maintenance
     

    Starting at 7:00 PM MDT on Friday, June 3, 2022, the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Utah will begin the process of upgrading its CM-ECF Servers.

    The Court is currently estimating at least 24 hours to complete this upgrade provided no major issues arise.  We'll update this notice if that changes.

    Please plan ahead for this outage.  If you have any questions or concerns, you may contact our CM-ECF Help Desk during business hours by calling 801-450-3443 or by email using bankruptcy_clerk@utb.uscourts.gov.

    Overview:

    Please join the UBLF for a special summer forum from the comfort of your own office via Zoom. Judge Eugene R. Wedoff (Ret.) served as a U.S. Bankruptcy Judge in Chicago from 1987-2015 and presided over the Chapter 11 reorganization of United Airlines. Judge Wedoff will present on the Bankruptcy Court’s jurisdiction to determine the amount of a debt—especially tax penalties—excepted from discharge.
