The Utah Bankruptcy Lawyers Forum, Federal Bar Association, and the Bankruptcy Law Section of the Utah State Bar will host a joint virtual forum on Wednesday, April 28, 2021, from Noon to 1:00 p.m. (MST), featuring Ukraine: A Judge’s Perspective, A Political, Judicial, and Personal Story and Judicial Ethics, presented by The Honorable Timothy Tymkovich – Chief Judge for the Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and The Honorable William T. Thurman, United States Bankruptcy Court Judge for the District of Utah.
