The annotation system employs a method to capture a screen shot of everything shown on the monitor, including annotations. The only exception is the pointer tool; this will not show up if a screen capture is taken. The following video shows one method of taking a screen capture of annotations on a piece of evidence.

NOTE: Prior to an evidentiary hearing, parties should consult with chambers to determine how electronically annotated evidentiary documents will be captured and saved as part of the trial exhibits.
