Evidence Presentation: Training Videos: Rectangle and lines

The Rectangle tool is used to create a rectangle around an area on a document. It can be used to bring attention to a column on a financial statement, a group of words on a document or even to outline something on a picture.

After pressing the tool button, the presenter places a finger at the top left corner of the rectangle, then without lifting the finger, drags it across the screen to the bottom right corner. This annotation will simultaneously show up on all evidence monitors in the courtroom. To change the thickness of the rectangle, press the Line tool and then touch the correct thickness before drawing the rectangle. If a mistake is made, the Undo tool should be pressed to remove the mark from the screen.
