In observance of Independence Day, the Office of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court Clerk will be closed Thursday, July 4th, 2024.

On Saturday March 2nd, 2024, the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Utah will be performing System Maintenance on the CM-ECF Servers beginning at 9:00 AM MST.

The Court is currently estimating it will take 6 hours to complete this maintenance, provided no major issues arise. We will provide further updates to this announcement, if there are any changes to the expected maintenance duration.
