The Clerk's Office will be closed at 11:30 am. on Friday, September 15th, 2023 and will reopen on Monday, September 18th, 2023.

The Court will be closed on Monday, September 4th, 2023, in observance of Labor Day.

The Office of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court Clerk will be closed on Monday, July 24th, 2023, in observance of the Utah State Pioneer Day holiday.

The CM/ECF Servers of the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Utah will undergo system maintenance starting from 7:00 AM on Saturday, July 8, 2023.

The estimated duration for the maintenance is at least 5 hours, assuming there are no significant complications. Any changes to this timeframe will be communicated through an updated notice.
