The Court will be closed on Monday, October 13th, in observance of Columbus Day.

The United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Utah announces that Judge Cathleen D. Parker, a United States Bankruptcy Judge within the Tenth Circuit, has been temporarily assigned to hold bankruptcy court in Utah on an “as needed” basis through December 31, 2025. Judge Parker will help manage the Court’s caseload until new bankruptcy judges are appointed and will also preside over any matters where all Utah bankruptcy judges are recused.

Judge Anderson has retired as of Sept 4th, 2025. Until Judge Anderson’s cases are formally reassigned to another judge, they will continue to show on hearings calendars as assigned to him.
