The court considered the priority status of a state law landlord's lien versus a lender's lien, on debtor's personal property, and concluded that the landlord's lien was superior to that of the lender. The court apportioned debtor's annual rent payment from the date it was due until the date on which trustee rejected the lease, and refused to impose prejudgment interest on the apportioned amount.
