The district court determined that debtor had no standing to appeal the bankruptcy court orders, because the claims against its estate were approximately ten times the estate's value and debtor would gain nothing from the relief it was seeking on appeal. Therefore, debtor was not an "aggrieved person" entitled to appeal, which standard had been judicially applied to appeals under the Bankruptcy Code.
