The Project Specialist performs and coordinates a complex array of administrative, technical and professional project tasks related to multiple administrative functions: space and facilities; property management; statistical programs; software development; and programming.

The Project Specialist conducts research, reviews and analyzes data; manages project functions, provides training, and develops a variety of detailed operational reports for the purpose of providing recommendations to supervisors and senior management. The Project Specialist assesses the needs the court, and responds appropriately through application of technical knowledge and expertise and training, as necessary, in the areas of data processing, data communication, and office automation.

The Project Specialist also supervises systems training and oversees the effectiveness of all office automation equipment within the court units, and may act as a contracting officer representative. A significant qualification for the Project Specialist position is the ability to work independently from general instructions on a variety of projects.

Starting Salary Range: Up to $95,388 depending on experience, education and qualifications.
