As a reminder, the Utah Bankruptcy Lawyers Forum will hold its 2015 Spring Forum on Tuesday, March 10, 2015, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., in the 2nd Floor Ceremonial Courtroom #246, Frank E. Moss U.S. Courthouse (350 South Main Street, Salt Lake City) .  Please see the attached flyer for more details.  We hope you will join us.
 
Attached is a UBLF Membership Application for 2015.  We hope you will continue to support the UBLF.

The Bankruptcy Court for the District of Utah is pleased to announce "Debtor Electronic Bankruptcy Noticing (DeBN)."  This is a FREE and voluntary service that allows debtors to request delivery of court notices and orders from the bankruptcy court, through the BNC (Bankruptcy Noticing Center), via email instead of U.S. mail.

The Court will be closed for Presidents' Day (February 16th, 2015). We'll be back in the office on Tuesday, February 17th, 2015.

The Court will be closed for Martin Luther King, Jr. Day (January 19th, 2015). We'll be back in the office on Tuesday, January 20th, 2015.

  • Friday, December 19th, 2014:
    The court will close at Noon for a staff meeting and will reopen on Monday, December 22, 2014.
  • Wednesday, December 24, 2014 through Friday, December 26, 2014:
    The court will be closed for 3 days for the Christmas Holiday and will reopen on Monday, December 29, 2014.
  • Wednesday, December 31, 2014 through Thursday, January 1st, 2015:
    The court will close at 3pm on Wednesday, December 31, 2014 for the New Year Holiday and will reopen in the new year on Friday, January 2, 2015.
