Effective December 1st, 2011, the Court's Local Rules of Procedure have been amended and supersede all prior versions of the local rules and standing orders of the Court. The revised rules apply to all new and pending cases.

You are strongly encouraged to read the Amended Rules. Major changes include: Mandatory E-filing for ALL attorneys,(LR 5005-2), and new noticing provisions (LR 9013).

Also amended are the U.S. District Court' s Local Rules and various Federal Rules.
