The United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Utah has implemented digital audio court recording. Parties may obtain copies of CD recordings from the Court for a fee of $26 (view CD order form).
Transcripts may be obtained by completing the Notice of Transcript Order Form (view Transcript Order form) and forwarding the form to the transcriptionist for completion and filing with the Court.
