Standing Order #2 Entered 9/20/05.
The Bankruptcy Judges for the District of Utah have issued Standing Order #2, signed, September 20, 2005. This standing order adopts the Interim Rules and Forms in their entirety without change, to be effective on or after the effective date of the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005.
